Context:
In today’s world of digital transformation, every business small or large, is exploring possibility of using the digital technology to improve their business. There are enormous opportunities for entrepreneurs, thinkers and Innovators.
The Information Technology talent in India has matured over last few decades. Similarly the technology appetite in India has grown up in large, medium small, and even micro businesses. There are more and more start-ups attempting to solve serious human problems.
Workshop Objective:
Workshop aims at an hands on experience with chosen Innovation tools and design thinking methodologies that start-ups should know in order to make their start-ups successful.
A successful product or service generally tries to solve One critical problem that a specific user is struggling with. The solution has to be simple, easy to use, and operating within given human & technological boundaries. Most importantly, the promoter should also meet own business objectives with the solution.
It’s impossible to give recipe of a successful product or service, but the workshop will give you a guided tour through a canned innovation process for your start up.
